Despite previous effort and endeavour to despise Russell Brand, I'm afraid I cannot do it any longer. His book is wonderful, he and Noel Fielding are adorable together (I am so excited to watch Big Fat Quiz of the Year on Sunday) and he was absolutely shaglicious in St. Trinian's. I am experiencing a strong desire to stalk him.

Oh and also, Galaxy Quest on BBC1 is currently the best Boxing Day/27th December present I could ever get. It's so funny that even my Dad is enjoying it.

Freshers' Week is so much awesome I may have a brain hemmorage. (Yeah spelt incorrectly stfu I don't care.) I got wasted last night but I've been very good other than that and all the people are making the experience really awesome.

For the past couple of days we've had induction sessions for our courses and today I signed onto the six sample weeks of Engineering with French; I think it would be awesome to know enough of a language to be able to work abroad.

Yawn. I slept about three hours (again).

I don't update very often because I mostly find myself with nothing to contribute to the awesomeness that is my friendslist. I read it every day (or every other day if I miss one) so there's not an entry that goes unread.

I don't comment very often because I'm sometimes not sure what to say but know, flist, that I do read your journals and very much enjoy doing so.

In other news, I'm off to the University of Bath on Sunday. I'm very nervous and will update a couple of weeks in to let you all know how much I've drunk many strangers I have kissed I'm getting on XD
